One of the most beautiful private campgrounds we’ve stayed at. The road in is gravel and they provide directions that helped navigate it, but we didn’t have any access issues. Our friends who have a 42’ Tiffin also stayed and didn’t have any access issues. The owners are very kind and the restroom/shower facilities are immaculate. There is a deli across the street and hiking trails in the area. The sites are spaced very well. There are no laundry facilities or sewer at the sites, but there is a dump station near the office. Our Starlink didn’t have any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Folks were friendly when I made the reservation and someone met us to show us to our site even though we came in after dark. We were able to level the camper without unhitching. The campground was neat and tidy. We didn’t use the bathhouse because we had full hookup. Good value for money and close to I-70 for efficient days traveling home from Colorado.

Very nice stop at this IA State Park. Pull Thru, electric only, mostly level sites. Eldora is 5 minutes away with anything you need
