Cathy Salustri

Cathy Salustri wrote the 2016 travel narrative Backroads of Paradise, which chronicles her adventures retracing WPA-era Florida driving tours from the 1939 WPA Florida guide—in a RoadTrek camper. The New York Times’ travel section featured Backroads in 2017. Her next book, The Florida Spectacular, is undergoing edits. Her portfolio includes USA Today, Visit Florida and regional press. She lives in Gulfport with her husband, dogs, cats, and a few apparently immortal foster fish.
