“This campground is in a great location. The beach is just a short 20 min walk across the bay bridge. The grounds are well maintained with many trees and the staff are very friendly.” – mark6092

“We really enjoyed paddling (kayak and SUP) in this protected cove of Lake Granby. The views were great and the site (30) was nice, although it was a bit closer to 31 than I’d prefer. However that fact wouldn’t stop me from going back. Sites 35-37 had their own beach.” – Leslie

“Spot 1 is where we stayed and the golden goose, so to speak. Some type of very loud generator could be heard across the water, all evening and night, but it wasn’t the worst thing ever, because the spot is just so very very close to perfect.” – Nathan @ Wand’rly

“We loved staying here! There is actually a lot of camping before you get to the trail head. The road is busy during the day with ATVs and vehicles driving up to the trail head, but its a small price to pay for gorgeous, FREE views! Highly recommend this spot.” -NewstateNomads

“The sites in Rainbow Cove are MASSIVE. It made for really easy access and a lot of privacy, especially at the end sites. It was amazing to open my door every morning and see the bright blue water with the mountains in the background.” -Blake
