We’re really excited to partner with Parks Project for our very first raffle!
Parks Project’s mission is to promote, protect, and preserve our National Parks. They do this by raising money selling t-shirts and other products for causes like saving the Alligators in the Everglades National Park or habitat restoration in Olympic National Park.
The crew at Parks Project also volunteers their time for park cleanups, trail restorations, invasive plant removal, and trail clearing. Be sure to check out their website and maybe buy something from their shop or get involved.
For this raffle, Parks Project is donating a “Leave It Better Than You Found It” T-shirt. There are a couple steps necessary to to enter.
1. Please share with us how you left a campsite better than you found it in your next review of a public campground (sorry no RV parks).
There is also a bunch of trash.. disgraceful. We spent time every day picking it up around our spot and hope we left it in much better condition than when we got there. Please folks.. pack it, pack it out.
2. Once you’ve written a review, be sure to enter it into the raffle form below.
Your efforts to clean up the parks are inspiring and we hope that the Parks Project message will become the norm in camping.
Reviews must be written between April 1 and April 30, 2015. A winner will be announced on May 1. Good luck and thank you for participating!
